A. Product shipping The website www.colorato.net can serve customers throughout Greece and the world. Any orders can be shipped, at the expense of customers, to any city in Greece using any transport company they prefer. All orders are shipped within 2 to 4 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, holidays and strikes) from the date they are placed, always in accordance with the availability indicated on each product page.
B. Shipping to Cyprus and abroad: The shipping charge and delivery time depend on the destination country. Please contact us at +302310222236 or [email protected] for further information.
C. When orders are shipped: All orders are shipped within 2 to 4 business days from the date they are placed, always in accordance with the availability indicated on each product page. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail. Orders are not processed, shipped and delivered on weekends or bank holidays.
D. Delivery time: Shipments are delivered to all cities in Greece one day after the dispatch date, except in remote destinations and on islands, where 2 to 4 days from the dispatch date are required. In the event of a delay, please contact us at [email protected] or by telephone at +30231022236 so that we can inform you about the tracking of your shipment. If your order cannot be fulfilled due to reasons of force majeure (strikes, inclement weather, etc.), we will contact you so that you can inform us whether you still wish for it to be fulfilled.
E. There is no charge for collecting products from our store.

Customs charges for non-EU countries: Customs duties or other import costs concerning the shipping of products to non-EU countries and calculated when the package reaches the destination country must be covered by the customer. The website www.colorato.net cannot be fully aware of the level of these costs, nor can we provide information on the final charge you must pay, as customs policies varies significantly from country to country. We advise you to contact a customs broker active in your country of residence prior to completing your order.
G. Absence during delivery time: If you are absent at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a note with the transport company's contact details in order to reschedule a delivery at a more opportune time. The website www.colorato.net bears no liability for any errors in arrangements between customers and the transport company responsible for transporting and delivering products.
