Customers reserve their right conferred by consumer protection law to rescind without the obligation to provide a reason and to return their products within 14 days from the date of purchase, on the condition that the products are in excellent condition and in their original packaging, the product has not been used in any manner whatsoever, the product packaging remains intact and the entire content is included, as received by the customer, as well as the invoice or retail receipt, including all accompanying documents (user manual, guarantee form, etc.). In this case, the transport costs for returning the product are borne by the customer, who shall be held liable for any loss of or damage to the product during transport, which is why we recommend that our customers contact the company before returning any products. In the event of erroneous shipping of products for which the company is liable or in the event of a clear defect, customers reserve the right to return their products within 14 days from the date of purchase, on the condition that the products are in excellent condition, the product has not been used in any manner whatsoever, the product packaging remains intact and the entire content is included, as received by the customer, as well as the invoice or retail receipt, including all accompanying documents (user manual, guarantee form, etc.). In this case, the return costs are borne by the company. Customers must inform the company so that the return is carried out by the transport company of the company's choice. In the event of return/rescission, the money shall be returned to the customer within 10 working days in a manner selected following communication between the customer and the company.
