Steel pyrolitic boilers ABC DELTA, heating rate 10 to 20 KW and 15 to 30 KW, are intended for wood combustion (only dry
wood/humidity up to 25%). Once the pyrolysis begins, almost complete combustion of the wood is achieved and the yield is estimated
to reach up to 95%.
The pyrolitic wood boilers use the energy from the wood combustion three times more efficiently than in the case of other simple wood
boilers. Low maintenance cost, low residues and comfortable use, consist additional advantages for the consumer.
The inner body of the boiler and the combustion chamber are manufactured from high quality steel, 5 mm thick.
The spacious combustion chamber, allows the use of wood/logs up to 500 mm long. Burn time for a full load of
seasoned wood is estimated to be 6 hours at maximum efficiency and up to 12 hours at minimum. The burner can
maintain the coal up to 12 hours. The burner can maintain the coals up to 12 hours, so you do not have to restart
combustion. The boiler is fully automated and equipped with LCD display controls for all its settings.
The boiler is equipped with two lambda sensors, which constantly monitor the amount of oxygen and flue and regulate the flow of
primary and secondary air using automated motors.
Thermal protection is provided in the form of copper pipe and mandatory installation of the thermal valve. In addition, it has an
automated absorption of smoke system, so as to prevent smoke from coming into the boiler room during the process of provisioning
with wood. The boiler requires at least one container of hot water (boiler, buffer), in order to be installed in the system of central
heating. For every 1KW of power we recommend a water storage tank of at least 50 lt capacity (for example, for a 30KW boiler is
required a water storage tank of 1500 lt).
The warranty for all mechanical parts is 5 years, while for the electrical and ceramic components 2 years. This product has been manufactured
according to Community standards EN 303-5, and in compliance with international standards for the emission of air pollutants.
